Apply Now: North End Community Health Centre Bursary Opportunity
The North End Community Health Centre is proud to support students from the North End of Halifax through its 2026 bursary program. Two bursaries valued at $3,000 each are available to help students continue their education and pursue their future goals.
This opportunity is open to:
• Grade 12 students graduating from Citadel High School
• Those who hold a General Education Diploma (GED)
• Those who have been accepted into a post-secondary education program
• Residents whose permanent address falls within the North End of Halifax boundaries
The bursary is awarded based on financial need, community involvement, and leadership experience.
Please note that high academic achievement is not a requirement for this bursary. The focus is on supporting students who are making a positive impact in their community and working toward their educational goals.
As part of the application, applicants are required to submit:
• A completed application form
• A short essay (maximum one page) explaining the importance of the North End community to them
