About the North End Community Health Centre (NECHC)

Since our inception more than half a century ago, we have been dedicated to bridging significant gaps in primary healthcare and addressing social determinants of health. Our growth reflects our deep commitment to the community, earning us the trust and gratitude of those we serve. We provide crucial support to individuals often left on the fringes of society through diverse initiatives such as:

  • Mobile Outreach Street Health (MOSH)
  • Housing First programs
  • Comprehensive Dental Clinic
  • Mental Health and Social Clinic
  • Extensive community outreach programs

Ideal candidates will bring senior management experience in areas such as: Change Management, Strategic Communications, Finance, Risk Management, and Fundraising. These skills will contribute significantly to our strategic objectives and overall governance.
